Come and meet the Spanish designer Anastasia Pistofidou during the Biotopia + weekend. She will be present in the exhibition to comment on the projects of the Remix El Barrio collective of which she is a member.

Winner of the S+T+ARTS PRIZE’22, the collective started its research in biomaterials from an alarming observation: in Catalonia, every day, 720,000 kg of food are thrown away, so many resources to exploit for new uses. 

In the Biotopia exhibition, you can discover some of their projects such as Squeeze the Orange, a garment made from orange peels!
